Software Subscription Terms

Who we are

Profit Point Hospitality (“PPH”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a trading name of Apron Recruit Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11628487.

Products and current status

HACCP Made Simple is the first PPH software product being prepared for launch and is currently in development and private testing. PPH Team and the PPH Management & Cost-Control Platform remain in development. Registering interest does not create an account, subscription or payment obligation.

No public subscription yet

No payment details are requested through the PPH website for these products at the current pre-launch stage. Any future access period, subscription and payment terms will be confirmed before a customer chooses to proceed.

Future monthly subscriptions

If a monthly subscription is offered and accepted, payment will cover the monthly subscription period beginning on the relevant payment date.

The applicable cancellation and access position will be stated in the order confirmation before payment.

Future annual subscriptions

If an annual subscription is offered and accepted, the full annual price and fixed subscription period will be stated before payment.

Any cancellation, refund and renewal terms will be confirmed in the order confirmation, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Prices

Website figures labelled as planned pricing are not an offer to purchase. The price and terms applying to any future subscription will be the price and terms confirmed when that product is made available.

Access and related terms

Use of the Client Portal and software remains subject to the Client Portal terms, authorised-access requirements and applicable privacy information. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
