Client access
Client Portal terms
These terms apply to authorised use of the PPH Client Portal. They sit alongside, and do not replace, the applicable platform agreement and any separate written advisory or service agreement.

Who we are
Profit Point Hospitality is a trading name of Apron Recruit Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11628487.
Authorised access
Portal access is limited to authorised users. Login details are personal to the authorised user and must not be shared. Tell PPH promptly if an account may have been compromised or a user no longer requires access.
Subscription terms
Any future software subscription, payment, cancellation, commitment and renewal terms will be governed by the Software Subscription Terms and an applicable order confirmation. The public website is not currently accepting software subscriptions.
Client responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information entered or uploaded, maintaining their own appropriate source records and deciding how platform information, options or advisory recommendations are reviewed and implemented. Do not upload information that is unnecessary, unlawful, malicious or unrelated to the agreed platform or advisory use.
Operational information
Calculations, trackers, invoice classifications, labour figures, allergen records and action plans support management decisions; they do not replace competent supervision, legal obligations, payroll, professional accountancy, official EHO decisions or the client's responsibility for food safety. Purchases-based GP and Prime Cost figures are labelled as indicative where stock movement is unavailable. Interpreted upload data must be reviewed before it is relied upon. No specific financial result or food-hygiene rating is guaranteed.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the portal available and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages or security work may temporarily affect access. Features may be improved or changed where this does not materially undermine agreed platform access or service.
Confidentiality and ownership
Client information will be treated as confidential subject to the privacy notice and any agreed service terms. Clients retain ownership of their underlying business information. PPH retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, portal design and tools unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Ending access
Access may be suspended where it is no longer included in an applicable platform or service agreement, payment is overdue, security is at risk or these terms are materially breached. Arrangements for return, export or deletion of client information will be handled in line with the applicable platform or service agreement, privacy notice and applicable law.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other limits or allocation of liability are governed by the applicable written platform or service agreement. These portal terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
