What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. They can support functions such as authentication, security and remembering a signed-in session.
Cookies used by the PPH Client Portal
| Cookie | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
pph_access_token | Authenticates a signed-in portal request. | Approximately one hour. |
pph_refresh_token | Renews the secure session without requiring repeated sign-in. | Up to 30 days, or until sign-out. |
These cookies are HTTP-only and are used only for requested portal authentication and security. They are considered strictly necessary, so consent is not requested before setting them. They are not used for advertising or behavioural profiling.
Public website
No optional analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies are currently set by the public PPH website. External websites reached through links apply their own privacy and cookie arrangements.
Managing cookies
You can remove cookies using your browser settings. Blocking the essential portal cookies will prevent the Client Portal from keeping you signed in. Signing out clears the current PPH authentication cookies.
Future changes
If optional analytics or marketing technology is introduced, this policy and the website's consent controls will be updated before those technologies are used.
